Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery times vary depending on your location and UPS’s current service levels.

Shipping Rates

• Standard UPS Ground rates apply at checkout.

• Free Shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders within the same day, please email us at support@ellavationshop.com with your order numbers. We will gladly combine your orders into one shipment whenever possible so you can save on shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by UPS, Ellavation Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items. If your package is missing, you will need to contact UPS directly to file a claim and take further action.
