Return Policy

Thank you for ordering from Ellavation! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order for store credit.

Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as they were received, with tags still attached. Items must be free of stains, pet hair, and odor.

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • Since Ellavation is currently a small boutique with a limited quantity of inventory, the store does not currently conduct exchanges. 

  • If you need a different size in a purchased item, please submit an inquiry and your item will be treated as a return. A return label will be shipped to you, and you will receive a code for store credit--minus the initial cost of shipping, to purchase the correct sized item.

Return Shipping

  • Once your return request is approved, we will email you a UPS Ground prepaid return shipping label.

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount. The return label cost is based on your shipping location/zip code and is determined by UPS. The original shipping cost will not be refunded to your store credit.

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Store Credit

  • You will be notified by email after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique discount code for the value of your returned items (minus shipping fees). This code will be emailed to you and has no expiration. 

  • Discount codes can be applied toward any future purchase on our website. Your code will be emailed to you within 7 days of receiving your return order.

  • Please note that store credit codes must be used in a single purchase and cannot carry a remaining balance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Ellavation, either by contact form or by email, within 48 hours of delivery so that issues regarding your order can be corrected.
