How do I know if an item will be back in stock?

If an item is selling quickly, or in high demand, the item may be restocked if still available from the vendor. Some items may be on preorder with an estimated wait time ranging from days to a few months. An instagram post will be made, along with a "backorder" notice on the item, if an item will be restocking in the future.

What carrier do you use for shipping, and what is the shipping cost?

Ellavation uses UPS Ground for all orders. Shipping cost will depend on both item weight and your zip code/location.

From what location do items ship?

Items ship from a UPS Location in Belton, Texas.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Items may be cancelled by contacting support@ellavationshop.com or by completing a contact form before your order ships. Shipment times are typically 2-3 business days after the placement of your order.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you will receive store credit for the items - minus shipping fees required to return the item to Ellavation. A UPS Ground shipping label will be sent to your email address. Store credit will be issued to your email in the form of a unique discount code for the value of your items (minus cost of shipping label).

I forgot that I received a purchased item that I want to return. Can I still return my item?

You have 10 business days, after your item is delivered, to request a return. After this time frame, returns will not be accepted.

Are you able to answer questions about sizing and fit?

Absolutely! Size and fit descriptions are on every product page, but it is understandable that these descriptions may not always accommodate every shape & body type. Please reach out via email at support@ellavationshop.com or on Instagram if you have specific size-related questions! Additionally, Instagram will be utilized to further describe the sizing and fit of specific items.
